We are looking for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant to the CEO.

You will be dealing with an international business environment that is IT/ E-commerce related. Join us if your personality can add value to our company.

Requirements:

• English Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• Strong work ethics, sense of responsibility and reliability;
• Ready for business travel and have all necessary documents (Active UK visa is a plus); (!);
• Availability 24/7l.
• Flexibility and quick adaptability to changes; be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Profound time management skills;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• EU/UK citizenship
• traveling - 60% Dubai, 40% EU/IE

As a plus

• Previous experience in the Recruiting/HR field

Your responsibilities:

• Working directly with the CEO to reduce his workload;
• Accompanying CEO during the business trips;
• Responding to email, managing calls, and meeting;
• Working in Excel/spreadsheets and designing reports;
• Booking appointments, events, and travel managements;
• Conducting research, work with documents, and managing various tasks given;
• Assist in business projects and everyday tasks;
• Writing and completing minutes of the meetings with action points and the next steps;
• Growing as a manager of one of our projects.
